OEM Harley-Davidson Transmission Gearbox Gear Assembly (Part #35053-99) removed from a 1997 Dyna Wide Glide FXDWG. This gearbox assembly is missing some gears, but the gears that are present are functional and in good condition.
One shaft shows a deep gouge (see photos), though it does not appear to affect operation. The assembly also shows surface rust in areas, with some residual black staining from Evapo-Rust treatment. Bearings are in good shape, but the unit will benefit from a complete teardown and cleaning.
