Up for sale is a brand new, new-old-stock PBI Sprockets Matched Front and Rear Chain Conversion Gear Set. Distributed through high-performance track programs like Zipper's Performance Products, this set allows you to convert a stock rubber final drive belt setup over to a high-torque chain drive configuration.
The 25T front sprocket is CNC-machined from high-tensile US steel alloy and heat-treated for maximum wear resistance on the transmission main splines. The 50T rear sprocket is carved from premium aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum, giving you immense structural integrity while significantly slashing unsprung rotational mass compared to heavy factory steel gears or bulky belt pulleys.

Note: The rear 50T sprocket will mechanically bolt onto Sportster wheel hubs spanning all the way up to 2022, but always cross-reference your specific front output shaft spline offset profile if upgrading late fuel-injected configurations.

The Front Sprocket remains pristine inside its original retail distributor box labeled by Zipper's Performance. The cardboard box shows normal light shelf crinkling and age storage wear.

The Rear Sprocket is still factory vacuum-sealed in its original defensive shrink-wrap layout on the graphic PBI display card backing. The plastic wrap has typical outer warehouse scuffs, but the aluminum teeth are fully protected and immaculate.
