This is a genuine Harley-Davidson factory original OEM 5-speed transmission internal gear cluster salvage core. Sourced from a 1987–1990 Evolution Big Twin, this assembly is being sold strictly for parts, repair, or scrap core value.
CRITICAL CONDITION NOTES:
  • Missing Components: The assembly is incomplete and completely missing the final drive main gear(4th gear mainshaft assembly).
  • Mechanical Damage: The visible gear teeth profiles show severe failure, including chipped, sheared, and completely broken gear teeth along the internal clusters.
  • Salvage Value: The primary aluminum bearing housing trap door (Casting No. 35075-87) remains intact, along with some individual shafts, retaining clips, and selection sliders that can be harvested for individual replacement components.
  • Condition: For Parts / Not Working (Broken Core)
  • Inclusions: Incomplete mainshaft and countershaft cluster attached to the 35075-87 trap door as shown.
